What are the methods of payment?
We accept cash, debit, credit cards (Visa, Master Card and American Express). We also accept direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross and major insurance companies under Telus Health.
Do you accept extended health insurance?
Yes, we accept direct billing to most insurance companies.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
It’s not required to book an appointment with us, but if you are referred by a doctor, please bring the referral note with you on your first appointment.
Is there available parking onsite?
There is free one hour parking within the premises and paid parking on P1, access from Ormidale Street.
